The MLN Group took part in the 7th ESIC Companies’ Run 2021. On 18 December, our colleagues ran 8 km along an urban route, starting and finishing at the Príncipe Felipe Sports Centre in Zaragoza. Throughout the race, participants were able to enjoy the camaraderie and support that exists within the company, as this is a team race.
It was a truly memorable day, with everyone enjoying themselves all morning. Participants received a ‘runner’s bag’ and six prizes were awarded. The first prize went to the self-employed open category; the second to companies in teams of three men; the third to companies in teams of three women; the fourth to companies in teams of two men and one woman; and the fifth to companies in teams of two women and one man. Finally, a prize was awarded to the company with the highest number of teams that crossed the finish line.
The MLN Group contributed to these trophies by donating part of the prizes awarded to the winners. Without a doubt, this is one of the activities that falls within the framework of employee wellbeing, helping to foster teamwork.
