The redevelopment of Paseo Ramón y Cajal has been awarded to COPHA, a company belonging to the MLN Group. The redevelopment works, corresponding to its second phase, will be carried out between Calle José Mª Lacasa and Calle Camila Gracia.

Civil engineer José Luis Pueyo and architect Sixto Marín were responsible for drafting the project.

The main objective is to expand pedestrian areas, especially the sidewalks along both building facades, and to reduce the area dedicated to vehicular traffic. Regarding utilities, all underground networks will be replaced.

The second phase of the redevelopment of Paseo Ramón y Cajal will maintain continuity with the existing street furniture and seasonal spaces.

COPHA will also provide a citizen service office for affected residents and businesses. The construction work will last for ten months.

The Paseo Ramón y Cajal is a major entrance to the city of Huesca. Grupo MLN is once again involved in a significant urban project, this time for the Huesca City Council.
