The topic addressed was “Irrigation Modernization and Efficient Fertilization: Tools for Sustainable Irrigation.” The conference, held at the Huesca Conference Center, began today, October 6, at 9:00 a.m. and concluded at 2:30 p.m. with the closing ceremony. The event consisted of one keynote presentation and two panel discussions.
The event, which was streamed live, began with a forum on “Fertilization and Food Security: The European Union Facing New Global Challenges.” This was followed by the opening ceremony before moving on to the panel discussion “Balancing Fertilization, Irrigation, and Pollution in the New European and National Policies.” Finally, a roundtable discussion focused on “Irrigation Modernization and Sustainable Water Management in the New Agricultural Policies.”
The conference featured leading speakers, including institutional representatives and experts who support sustainability as a key element in the modernization of irrigation systems and efficient fertilization.
