The foundation stone has been laid for the new residence in Ateca, in the province of Calatayud. Various political representatives, institutional representatives, and members of the Group were present at the ceremony.

It will be a multi-service complex aimed at both residents and the wider community. It will have three distinct areas. The first, a residence with approximately 60 beds, most of them single rooms; the second, a space for senior care (day center); and the last, other services for the rest of the community.

The new residence will be built on land located in the area known as the Mirasierra Urbanization.
