A complex of over 3,000 m²
The project, located on a 7,400 m² municipal plot next to Calle del Monasterio de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles, comprises two interconnected buildings totaling 3,194 m² of constructed area:
- Multipurpose Block (1,380 m²): A single-story structure that will house the Multipurpose Hall and an exhibition area.
- Service Building (1,810 m²): Distributed over two levels. The ground floor will house the reception area, the Senior Citizens’ Center, and a bar-restaurant. The upper floor will be dedicated to education and culture, with workshops, study rooms, a library, and spaces for physical activities.

Commitment to Energy Efficiency
Adhering to current standards of responsible construction, the MLN Group is implementing highly energy-efficient solutions. The building will feature reinforced insulation in walls and roofs, as well as high-performance glazing.
Climate control will rely entirely on sustainable systems, combining aerothermal energy with photovoltaic energy generation installed on the roof itself, ensuring optimized ventilation and a low environmental impact.
