The MLN Group will build 106 subsidized rental housing units in the Alto del Arenal neighborhood, in the Puente de Vallecas district of Madrid. The properties will be located on a plot of more than 28,500 square meters, which will be entirely dedicated to affordable rental housing.

36 of these units will have two bedrooms, 60 will have three, and 10 will have four, with a usable floor area ranging from 55 to 93 square meters. Five of them are adapted for people with reduced mobility, and the development also includes two parking garages with 183 spaces, eight of which are reserved for people with disabilities.

The development will feature 5,500 square meters of green areas for the use and enjoyment of the residents, including a children’s playground and outdoor exercise equipment.
