The MLN Group has been selected as the winning bidder to complete the construction of the Ana María Navales Integrated Public School (CPI), located in the Arcosur neighborhood.
The Ana María Navales CPI’s primary education program comprises nine primary classrooms, a gymnasium, a multipurpose room, and a library, distributed across two separate buildings: Building 1, known as the Primary Classroom Building, houses the nine classrooms along with their ancillary spaces and spans three floors aligned with Dolmen de Tella Street. Building 2 includes the gymnasium, the multipurpose room, and the library. Access to these spaces is via the exterior, protected by a walkway that connects the cafeteria to the classroom building and, in turn, links to an exterior staircase leading to the playground.
The primary school playground is located in the central area of the site, in front of the classroom building, and access to the lower level is via ramps and stairs. On the opposite side of the classroom building, an accessible ramp is planned parallel to Avenida Canal de Izas, connecting it to the playground.
In addition, three seating areas have been designed with different natural surfaces (dirt, grass, and eco-friendly rubber), equipped with benches and trees. The strip parallel to the gymnasium has been designated for sports activities, including a basketball court. The outdoor spaces combine various types of paving, such as troweled concrete, washed aggregate, rubber, natural grass, and dirt, providing a varied and adaptable environment for diverse activities.
