The MLN Group has been selected as a Silver Finalist in the 9th edition of the Mitsubishi Electric Three Diamond Awards. This recognition distinguishes the execution of the Group’s new branch project at the Bárboles Production Center, highlighting the innovation and excellence in the implementation of Mitsubishi Electric’s air conditioning, ventilation, domestic hot water production, and control solutions.
The awards ceremony took place at the Teatro Real in Madrid, where the MLN Group was recognized for its contribution to the sector through a project that embodies the competition’s core values: efficiency, innovation, design, and indoor air quality.
The project encompasses the construction of a modern, 1,200 m² building distributed over two floors. It houses offices and common areas and was designed with a meticulous focus on efficiency and sustainability. The MLN Group has set an exceptional standard by implementing a 12-hour daily occupancy schedule for this administrative building, demonstrating its commitment to operational efficiency.
The heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems are meticulously designed with a clear objective: to construct a building with a positive energy balance, offering exceptional comfort, high efficiency, and, at the same time, economical and simple maintenance.
This recognition reflects the MLN Group’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the design and implementation of advanced solutions in the field of climate control and environmental management.
