The Construction Industry Foundation held its 6th Annual Meeting between Companies and Students on March 14th. As in previous years, the event took place at the company’s facilities in Villanueva de Gállego. The MLN Group participates every year, and this year offered a workshop on the selection processes used within the Group.
This year’s event was a resounding success. Nearly 300 people, including students, teachers, and businesspeople from Aragon, attended the annual meeting. Students with questions about the industry and their career paths were able to get answers from leading companies in the sector, such as the MLN Group.
This initiative, which began in 2014, aims to connect students with institutions and companies. This allows them to raise their concerns at a time when the construction industry is seeking qualified professionals. In partnership with the Construction Industry Foundation, Grupo MLN is once again seeking to connect with young and developing talent, recognizing them not only as the present but also as the future of our sector. We take this opportunity to thank the Construction Industry Foundation for its initiative and for considering Grupo MLN to participate.
