The MLN Group, registered with the Register of Companies with Asbestos Risk (RERA), has acquired a Mobile Personal Decontamination Unit for repair work and the removal of materials containing asbestos.
This mobile unit consists of three separate compartments that ensure isolation between the contaminated area and the clean, asbestos-free area, with a separate shower compartment for personnel hygiene. It is equipped with a 30-liter electric water heater, a 100-liter water tank, a water filtration system, heat pump heating, lockers, and a negative pressure air filtration system. This system generates a continuous airflow from the clean area to the contaminated area to prevent the spread of asbestos fibers, in accordance with the health and safety regulations established in the applicable legislation (Royal Decree 396/2006).
This new equipment provides greater autonomy and versatility for personnel hygiene and decontamination, while maintaining the health and safety requirements stipulated in work plans for asbestos exposure.
