The conversion of the old Pignatelli warehouses into an expansion of the current park has now been completed. The urbanization project has acted on an area of 27,688 m2 of free space, of which 23,609 m2 correspond to green areas and the remaining 3,488 m2 to the renovation of Santiago Guallar street.

The project is based on the current structure of the warehouses and distributes the Pignatelli park into mainly three areas. Among the characteristics of the renovation is the Pond area where the central tank is located, intended for navigation; and a perimeter band, which protects access from the park to the water. A Garden of Bandas with pedestrian walkways, canals and water fountains, squares, areas of vegetation and trees with flowers, aromatic and fruit plants and play areas. An Amphitheater that has a pond and has a stage on it to perform different performances.

Finally, between the park and Santiago Guallar Street, main tree-lined walks have been designed.
