The MLN Group has completed the first phase of construction on the Ana María Navales Integrated Public Center (CPI), located in the Arcosur neighborhood of Zaragoza. This project marks a significant step forward in improving the neighborhood’s educational infrastructure.
The completed phase includes nine classrooms for grades 1 through 3, a gymnasium, a library, a multipurpose room, and a new playground. The construction was carried out by the MLN Group, meeting the planned ten-month deadline from its commencement in July 2024.
The completion of this first phase will allow students in grades 1 through 3 to begin using the new facilities in the 2025-2026 school year, in an environment much more conducive to their learning.
Furthermore, the Department of Education has already put out to tender and awarded the second phase of the primary school building, which will include nine more classrooms for grades 4, 5, and 6. The MLN Group has been awarded the contract, thus continuing the work carried out in the first phase of the project. Construction began this June 2025 and will be completed before the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
