The MLN Group has started the construction of the new development of 82 homes promoted by the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS), in the Vicálvaro neighborhood, Madrid. The act of laying the first stone marks the official beginning of the works on this development, which has a completion period of 24 months.

Located at 62 and 64 Abad Juan Catalán streets, the development will cover a total constructed area of ​​10,733.46 m² and will be distributed over 7 floors. The homes, with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, will have their corresponding garage space, as well as storage rooms and a commercial space on the ground floor. The A energy rating of the project is achieved thanks to the innovative sustainable solutions implemented in the building design, such as the use of aerothermal energy for air conditioning and DHW, a low thermal transmittance envelope and a ventilation system with heat recovery.

The lower ground level will house the parking lot with a total of 82 spaces, and the project design ensures excellent light and natural ventilation, in addition to having areas of trees in its surroundings.
