The MLN Group, through its joint venture CAÑAVERAL, has completed construction of a new development in El Cañaveral, Madrid, comprising 82 apartments with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. These social housing units are intended for rent under the Publicly Protected Housing for Rent (VPPA) scheme. The development also includes communal areas, commercial spaces on the ground floor, and parking garages.
The design of this multi-family residential building prioritizes ventilation and sunlight in all living spaces. To achieve this, all apartments have exterior views, overlooking either a private outdoor space or the street.
A key feature of this development is its accessibility. Four percent of the apartments and parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility.
