The MLN Group, in a joint venture with Nussli Iberia, has been selected to build the portable stadium in the North Parking lot, where Real Zaragoza will play its home games during the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 seasons. This modular stadium will have all the necessary facilities to offer a complete experience to fans and meet the standards required for high-level sporting events.
The stadium, with a capacity of 20,000 spectators, will consist of four straight stands and will have a total area of 120 x 80 meters and a north-south orientation. Inside the stadium, ticket offices, a merchandise store, food and beverage outlets in various areas, and commentary booths for radio and television broadcasters will be installed.
In addition, the project includes a building attached to the main stand that will house the team changing rooms, a medical room, a doping control area, and auxiliary areas for the smooth running of the event, as well as VIP lounges and rest areas.
All the stands will be modular, designed for easy assembly and disassembly. The main stand will have a durable roof, and the flooring will be made of water-repellent material to withstand heavy use.
The playing field will be natural grass, with irrigation and drainage systems to ensure its optimal condition. Besides the installation of the modular stadium and auxiliary buildings, the contract includes the site preparation and paving, perimeter fencing, and the construction of sanitation, water supply, and drainage networks, as well as public lighting and the installation of field lighting.
