Construction of the new water reservoir in Nájera, La Rioja, has been completed. With a capacity of 968 cubic meters, this new infrastructure increases Nájera’s total water storage capacity to 2,500 cubic meters.

The reservoir consists of two basins with a baffle wall, external access points, inspection windows, vents, a drain, and a valve house. These components ensure efficient operation and facilitate maintenance and monitoring.

In addition, new pipes, valves, and fittings have been installed, along with the chlorination and control system for the entire complex.

The new reservoir was built on the site of a disused reservoir, which was demolished due to its deteriorated condition.
