- The Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, visited the construction site of El Cañaveral 01 in the capital. The project comprises 82 apartments with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, communal areas, ground-floor commercial spaces, and parking. This new development is being built by the MLN Group, through the joint venture CMLN-AQUATERRA, in the El Cañaveral area of Madrid. The apartments are social housing for rent under the Publicly Protected Housing for Rent (VPPA) scheme.
In the design of this multi-family residential building, the focus has been on maximizing ventilation and sunlight in all living spaces. To achieve this, all rooms have exterior views, either of a private outdoor space or the street.
In this development, 4% of the apartments and parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility.
