The MLN Group’s metalwork and rebar department plays a vital role within the company. It is based at the Bárboles Production Centre in Zaragoza and is responsible for the manufacture and assembly of a large proportion of the metal components used in the MLN Group’s construction projects. It is so important because, in addition to carrying out its own projects, it is also responsible for the maintenance of the Group’s production plants, both fixed and mobile.
The latest project it has completed is the filtration station for the irrigation scheme in Huércanos, for the La Llana Irrigation Community.
Other projects carried out by the rebar workshop include the extension of MEGASA, a family-run business specialising in the production and distribution of long steel products; the extension of Avenida Tenor Fleta, one of the streets in the city’s central business district; and the expansion of Certest’s R&D laboratory facilities.
