The construction, led by the MLN Group, is now in the interior finishing and exterior cladding phase, shaping a space that will be a benchmark for sustainability and community service.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The future Hispanidad Civic Center is now a tangible reality.<\/span><\/span> The works, carried out by the MLN Group, are progressing well and have already reached 80% completion.<\/span><\/span> This new facility, destined to become the social heart of the district, is beginning to show its final form after months of intensive technical work.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Progress on the exterior and interior On the exterior of the complex, the fa\u00e7ade work is in its final stage with the installation of the last glazing panels.<\/span><\/span> One of the project’s most distinctive elements, its unique metal roof, is already visible from V\u00eda Hispanidad, where the first completed sections with aluminum panels can be seen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Classroom building: The ceilings have been completed, and paving and painting work has begun.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
